Randy Dazo, InfoTrends

 

 

 

Randy Dazo is Director of InfoTrends’ Network Document Solutions (NDS), Dynamic Content Software Strategies (DSS), Professional & Managed Print Services (PMPS), and Image Scanning Trends services (IST). With over two decades of experience, Mr. Dazo leads InfoTrends’ continuous information service practice in this area on a global basis. Prior to joining InfoTrends, Mr. Dazo was Senior Manager, Output Solutions for Ricoh Corporation. In this capacity he was responsible for establishing channel requirements and go to market strategies creating leading-edge solutions for the market. Earlier in his career, he held senior sales and marketing positions at Sharp, Net2Phone, Minolta, and Canon. Mr. Dazo holds a Bachelor’s Degree from State University of New York at Stony Brook.

Chris DiReda

 

 

 

Christopher DiReda is the National Sales Director, Managed Print Services at OKI Data Americas, Inc. As National Sales Director, Mr. DiReda is responsible for the development of  new & existing managed print service opportunities in both the enterprise & SMB markets as well as through the channel. Additional Chris is responsible for forging new strategic alliances to support & enhance OKI managed print services portfolio. Before shifting focus to Managed Print Services, Chris was director of channel sales for the eastern region working with  new and exisiting Channel Partners to identify added revenue opportunities that compliment exisiting lines of business in the print solutions & services marketplace. Prior to joining OKI in 2002, Chris spent seven years with Panasonic serving as branch manager at the New York and Dallas offices.

Jim Phillips is currently the CEO & President of Digital Gateway, the company behind e-automate dealer management software which is currently being used by over 1000 copier and printer dealers to manage the core functions of their business.

Prior to Digital Gateway, Jim has had a long and illustrious career at the helm of 6 successful multi-million dollar businesses in a variety of industries, many of which he himself created. During his career, Jim has developed and honed his skills as an entrepreneur, team builder and leader. He has been a consultant for many Fortune 1000 companies including NASA, IBM, Proctor & Gamble, Ford and KPMG where he coached executive level and managerial teams to help them tap into their true performance potential.

Jon Reardon is the Group Director of Office & Enterprise Document Technologies at InfoTrends. He was recently selected as one of the Top 40 Most Influential People in the Imaging Industry. Mr. Reardon provides research, analysis, briefings and consulting on the markets for software and services within small and medium-sized businesses and workgroups within large corporations. Jon produces InfoTrends’ annual software and services forecasts and industry trends analysis, strategic assessments, and manages primary vendor, channel and end-user research studies. He has more than 20 year’s industry experience. Prior to joining InfoTrends, Mr. Reardon served as the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Product Development for Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A. and has held executive level positions in field service, technical support and engineering services with Minolta Corporation and Canon USA (Canon Computer Systems, Inc.). Mr. Reardon currently serves on the board of directors for the Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA). Mr. Reardon holds a Bachelor’s Degree from SUNY at Cortland and a Master’s Degree from New York University.
