What is Solutions Summit?
The Solutions Summit is a C-level invitation-only event combining a series of general session presentations, one-on-one meetings, case studies presented in a boardroom format, and networking opportunities focused on next generation office document strategies, services and technologies.

The Summit pairs C-level executives and owners of top office solution dealerships with leading technology vendors, software providers, supplies vendors, and wholesalers to meet face-to-face to discuss opportunities and strategies that will help build solutions and professional services, and the future growth of the industry.

Why is this event different from other channel events?
Solutions Summit invites and vets a selected group of buyers to meet one-to-one with a group of vendors. Appointments are arranged in advance and will run for 25-minutes each during the course of the event. As the organizers, Solutions Summit covers hotel, airfare, meals and transportation for the buyer. In return, attendees are required to attend all their scheduled appointments. Buyers like it because they’re talking to a C-level executive from the supplier firm - sellers like it because the VIP attendee is a pre-qualified decision maker.

For buyers who are extremely busy, this is a very efficient platform to see a lot of suppliers, meet new suppliers, see new products, and accomplish objectives that typically they would do at a large-scale trade show but in a more focused time frame. Who should attend?

Solutions Summit is a hosted VIP event by invitation only. Executives are invited by the attendee acquisition team to attend based on their business qualifications. Attendees undergo a pre-qualification process and once qualified, they will receive a package to attend. Executives will include C-level executives from office equipment dealerships across the nation, IT Resellers, MSPs, and VARs. 

How do the 1:1 meetings work?
We bring in a selected group of buyers to meet one-on-one with a group of vendors. Appointments are arranged in advance and will run during the course of the event. The result is a very time efficient series of meetings with relevant companies on the right issues.

Can I bring my spouse?
You can bring your spouse. You will be responsible for the additional airfare, but the Key Buyer Program will cover the hotel. Your spouse can also join in the networking event.

Who arranges travel for VIP Attendees?
